Deliveries

Generally, deliveries are made to the front boundry only.
The driver will exercise discretion to determine whether the delivery is made beyond front boundary if requested by customer. However, Caloundra Produce & Landscape Supplies will take no responsibility for damage caused above or below ground.

Product Colour Variations

Whilst all care has been taken to provide you with a good indication of colour, you should always sight product samples before use. Due to natural variations in Clay / Concrete / Natural Quarry Products and Stone products, Colours & Sizes may vary. Products may vary from image provided.

Paver Seconds

Sorting of seconds is strictly prohibited, otherwise you will be charged at the first quality price.

Second pavers are described as having colour variations, cracks, bows and chips. You should allow 10% extra for breakages.

Returns

​When you shop with Caloundra Produce & Landscape Supplies, you have the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it and we will provide you with an exchange or refund within the guidelines outlined below.

This policy applies to all purchases made from Caloundra Produce & Landscape Supplies, online.

Proof of Purchase

Please note that all returns, refunds, exchange requests must be accompanied by Proof of Purchase documents – original tax invoice (included with all online purchases). In the case of ‘damaged’ goods, photographic evidence is required and Caloundra Produce & Landscape Supplies MUST be contacted within 5 days of receiving the goods. No refund will be made without proof of evidence of ‘damaged goods’.

Change of Mind

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, Caloundra Produce & Landscape Supplies is under no obligation to provide a refund. We are happy to exchange goods, however return goods must be done at buyer expense and have satisfactory Proof of Purchase.

 

Caloundra Produce & Landscape Supplies will ONLY exchange goods if the following conditions apply:

• The item is in a saleable condition (the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item unused and as sold).

• We can verify that the item was originally purchased from Caloundra Produce & Landscape Supplies.

 

Consumer Guarantees

As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased from Caloundra Produce & Landscape Supplies. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the item has a major failure, you may reject the item and seek a refund or exchange.

Payment Method

For all purchases made with PayPal we will provide an online store credit. For all other purchases, Caloundra Produce & Landscape Supplies will refund using your original payment method.
